  • Party Walls– We act for both Building and Adjoining Owners as defined under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 in all aspects of Party Wall instructions including reviewing proposed plans, serving and reviewing notices, producing Schedules of Condition, preparing and agreeing Party Wall Awards, assisting with appeals and consequences as well as dealing with any wider issues as and when they arise throughout the works.


  • Rights to Light– We provide both common law advice as well as planning, daylight and sunlight amenity advice.


  • Boundary Disputes- As experts in neighbourly matters, we are able to provide extensive advice on various boundary issues, including analysing deed plans and Land Registry maps, establishing the responsibility of repair for garden walls, fences and hedges, finding the position of dividing walls as well as various other boundary issues that may be encountered.
